“Ci hanno avvertito all’arrivo che la struttura non prevedeva le pulizie giornaliere. Ci siamo accordati per pulizia dopo 3 giorni ma nessuno è venuto a pulire. Inoltre la wifi saltava in continuazione. I canali tv si scollegavano dipo 10 minuti di visione e quando abbiamo chiesto spiegazione, la risposta della reception è stata che lei non guardava mai la tv! Insistendo perché mettessero a posto il problema, ci ha detto di provare a spegnere e riaccendere (che ovviamente non ha risolto...
